[CH] ISO: Hot Sauce Shops in Sarasota area

A few years back, after Eat the Heat ran on tv, I went to a hot sauce shop in Palmetto, FL, outside of Bradenton. I forget the name of it. I remember it took forever to find it. Once I did, I loved it.
This question is not about that place. That one I know about. A few weeks after returning from the trip, my Aunt In Law sent me an article from a local newspaper about another newer hot sauce place that opened in the area. I have been trying my best to find that stupid article (I kept it but don't know where i put it) but can't. I have tried every place in this house that is possible.
So, I've come to my friends at the Chile-Heads. Maybe someone from the area can give me an idea of the place I am talking about. I am going to be in the Siesta Key area as of July 6th and I'll be there for 1 week. I would love to find the place and shop like crazy!
Any help finding this place would be greatly appreciated.
