Well, I must admit THE Bread is NOT moderate IMHO!  I will never, ever, ever 
forget Scott KCK and his daring wife, Chery, putting Dave's Insanity Sauce 
on a piece of THE Bread at one of the Midwest Hotlucks.  And...they ATE it! 
And...they LIVED!  My moderate brain was befuddled when they did not 
collapse; I don't even think they asked for anything to drink.  Amazing!! 
Of course, I haven't heard from them for a while ;^)  Are you two still out 
there somewhere?

It was truly one of the highlights of my experience with fire eaters.
