PepperHeadFred's post has inspired me to introduce myself as well.
I joined last November, actually, but have ended up being a bit of a lurker. 
I posted once, and when I saw no one replied I kind of retreated back into a 
corner.  I wasn't sure if (A) my post never showed up, or (B) you guys hate 
new people.  LOL!   :)

But here I am!

I'm from Michigan, I love hot peppers.  I'm 39, and am trying to forget the 
fact that I will be 40 in January.
In my fridge right now is a huge variety of hot sauces.  Some are good, some 
are disappointing.  I think the hottest thing I've found so far is called 
"357 Mad Dog."
If you know of anything hotter, please share. :)

I've enjoyed lurking and reading the various recipes and chitchat.
I promise I am not one of the moderate corps.   :)

It would be wonderful to grow my own peppers, if not for the unfortunate 
fact that plants hate me and inevitably die whenever I try to take care of 
them.
