[CH] Saving Chiles for a beginner

The  first  year  that I  went  to  the  OF   was  2005 


I  picked  25  different  varieties,   when  I  got home  I  cut  them 
in  1/2  and  dried  them all  in a  dehydrator.   After  running them  
thru  a Braun  spice  grinder, then  thru  a Salon spice grinder  I  
placed  them  into  1  oz  jars.

I  still enjoy  the  powder  versions,   picking  one  becomes  a  problem
