I don't know if you need to register at the Chow Hound site to read 
postings or not, but give this link

about some possible strategies for neutralizing the cap burn when 
handling those hot babies. So far the discussion has not, remarkably, 
strayed into knuckle dragger territory, but give it time.

I also want to give notice that I've uploaded about 100 pictures of my 
visit to this years Open Fields ® to my Picasa album. As soon as I can 
remember what the link is, I'll send it to the list. They are not all 
that great a set of pix, but, if you were there, you'll get to relive 
the vibe, at least.
