That's awesome! Maybe you've found a lucky mutation. Save some seeds and see if second generations have the same trait... heck I'd love to have a plant like this myself. :-) -----Original Message----- From: owner-chile-heads@globalgarden.com [mailto:owner-chile-heads@globalgarden.com] On Behalf Of Uncle Steve Sent: Tuesday, November 03, 2009 8:54 AM To: chile-heads@globalgarden.com Subject: [CH] 11 Node Naga I have a potted Naga Jolokia plant I started late spring. It is undersized and producing smaller fruit than a field grown plants. However it makes up in quantity what it loses in size. It produces 2-11 flowers per node, average is about 6. As the plant matures it is increasing the number per node. The field grown counterpart produce 1-4 per node. This is a very prolific plant! http://ushotstuff.com/images/11node.jpg -- Enjoy the heat, Uncle Steve ~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~ Uncle Steve's HOT Stuff Anything & Everything about Chiles http://usHOTstuff.com/ ~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~+~
