Hey Chileheads,

Harbingers.
Speaking of witches.
It's the mid point of February, here on the western
part of the lower peninsula of Michigan, as it is in most places.
I've been listening for the return of the cardinals, a sure sign
that it's time to start using all the seed catalogs that have
piled up in the bathroom for something more than
emergency toilet paper.
So far.... Nada. Nary a peep. Not a flash of color.
Still..... The light when it pokes through the thick blanket of
clouds seems to have more heat and the earth on
it's axis continues to spin in orbit about the sun. I haven't
checked on obit part but I assume it's true.........
Might be time to start some peppers.
