The mustard garlic plant is tasty, a bit strong but still.... all in
all, a nice green.
Some of us do like a mess of greens now and then with our grits in the
spring time and the garlic mustard is a welcome change from the dandelion..:-)
And... the more you chop down and toss in the pot the less it has
a chance of taking over from our native species.
