still here... just being quiet about it.

Chiles and tomatoes are out in the garden recovering from a wet, cold 
May, and something ate the middle out of two of my Caribbean Red plants. 
We don't have deer and the fence is too fine for any but baby rabbits to 
get through; they can't get up into the raised bed- but there was a 
tamer-than-I-like raccoon up on the deck a week or so ago. Perhaps he's 
got a taste for capsicums.

In non-nightshade-related gardening, the sugar snaps are starting to 
come in, and we're looking forward to harvesting garlic in about a month.
