[CH] Once Upon A Time - Internet Recipe Collection

Once upon a time, this is pre- year 2000 if I recall, there was a recipe
collection that was downloadable from the internet. The original cover page I
have says it can be downloaded from ftp://chile.ucdmc.ucdavis.edu/ But, that
ftp link is long dead.
It was called "Chile Recipe Collection" and had a couple volumes. It was
assembled by Luis Ayala. It was complete with a table of contents.
I have a 3 ring binder (volume 1). But, since January, I've been trying to
google for the complete set to download and reprint.
Several members of the CH group here (past and present) were contributors to
this... several recipes I recognize many names from over the years.
Does anyone know where this can be downloaded?
