I'm sorry to hear that and sorrier that I posted about it without checking their website. Biad is partnering with NMSU to sell frozen Heritage 6-4 and Big Jim this year with part of the proceeds going to the Chile Pepper Institute. Since they're expanding frozen sales locally, I just assumed that they were still selling on the internet. The next time I get down their way I'll stop in and see if I can find out why they stopped. I do have another source for you and I checked to be sure they were still selling before posting this. It's Hatch Chile Express which is owned by the Lytle family of "Big Jim" fame. They've been farming chile for several generations. http://www.hatch-chile.com Bear in mind that these outfits are family owned so they're not producing the quantities of a Birds Eye or Green Giant. The largest chile processor in the country is Bueno Foods in Deming NM and they might even still be family owned.
