[CH] need recipes

Hi

Does anybody have good recipes for fresh sardines?  Barramundi?  Mako Shark?

Also, I have a can of Italian wheat pie filling but the recipe calls 
for six egg yolks and tons of sugar.  Does anyone have any other 
ideas for it?
