I'll bring more of the coiled Thurns sausage, and cook it up Open Fields style.  Maybe I'll get some of the sliced tongue in sweet mustard sauce, and habinerify it for the event.  I'll also have some End of the Row sauce, it worked out well.  And, maybe some kind of cookies...
