Fellow ChileHeads,
A reminder that:

We have a date, time and place for the South-East PA Hotluck!

Date:          Sunday,  June 27th
Time:         12:30 start;  End ??
Location:    Riegelsville, PA  (Between Bethlehem & Doylestown)
                  Easy access via Interstate 78 and/or PA Turnpike.

The location is spacious, in rural Upper Buck's county on a ridge with a good
view overlooking Slifer Valley.   Doug will host, and have a charcoal grill
available for use, fired with applewood..  There are also stove and microwave
available.  There will be some beverages provided.

I plan to make again the "Jack Daniel's Marinated, Pan-Seared Sirloin Tips in
Cassoulet with Fresh and Smoked Habanero", that I brought to the Mid-Atlantic.

Doug is making applewood-charred, habanero-spiced, london-broil chili.

ChileHeads and guest are  invited, bring what you like, from (very) mild to
very hot!  It will be great to meet some more chileheads.  Hope to see you
there! (We have some CHers coming from VA!)
