If you're going to go that route, I would suggest using a hypodermic dart
gun and loading the dart with chile oil, garlic, cumin, etc.

I was watching a program on the History channel last night about spirits and
ghosts.  There was a segment about Marie LaVoe and they were telling of her
legendary powers of voodoo.  One account had her making a giri-giri (there's
that double stuff again), which is like a charm, and leaving at the door of
a judge that she wanted to influence.  Then she put 3 New Guinea peppers
under his judge's bench and 3 in her mouth, before doing the ritual.  Well,
bingo, I said to myself.  That's the source of her legendary powers -
chiles!  Funny that the History channel people didn't pick up on that.
They're pretty smart folks.  Go figure.
