Hey y'all,
Good to be back!
The notes from Jim and Cameron hit a nerve with me. Twas mislabled
seedlings that prompted me to begin growing my own plants. This year I
broke down and bought some okra, lo and behold my okra is busy producing
pickling cukes! Oh well, I have never taken a crack at regular pickles so
I guess this is my chance.
As far as the peppers, I am already picking green thai peppers, Cameron's
Bolivian Rainbow, and mirasol. A first I had this year were dozens of
pepper "volunteer" plants. Suprisingly, they look alot like Scotch Bonnets
which is great since I didn't plant any SB seeds this year. The mild
winter had some benefits!
Pretty cool.
I hope all is well with everyone - oh yeah and I heard Rockin Randy play
his guitar in what may be a first rendition of the ChileHead blues. Great
stuff!!!
take care,
Suz
