I'll second that.

Jim's pulled pork was great, and Jim the Elder's Smokin' Chilpolte Sauce
finished it up great.

Speaking for myself and friends that have had Jim's BREAD once or twice or
so, it is an experience that no one should should miss. I don't think,
however, that I could make a steady diet of it.

There was lots of great food, and most of us went away not ready to eat
again until Monday.
