How's it going Tony? Even I was impressed with your germination % from
our Pepper Joe Seeds..21 out of 25! I'm not surprised that we beat out
our competition because of our methods of preserving our seeds. A lot
of fresh air and sunshine. That's Mother Natures way. She's been
preserving seeds for the next harvest for millions of years and we just
take a lesson from her. Many of our competitors seeds are labeled "not
fit for human consumption"....this scares us..our seeds ARE fit for
human, animal, or whatever consumption as they are not treated. We've
recently been covering a lot of ground on germination, harvesting,
preserving, cooking and overall enjoying Hot Peppers in our New
