I would like to add a word of caution using coffee grounds as
a soil amendment.

Coffee grounds are used to make a soil more acidic.
{ Worms will die in too many coffee grounds. }

If your soil is already acidic, too many coffee grounds can make
matters worse. First indication would be Blossom End Rot

There a lot of quick fixes to make an alkaline soil more acidic,
Making a soil more alkaline is a slow process.
