[CH] Aleppo Pepper and Pomegranate molasses

Dear friends,
Several of you who do not live in such ethnically mixed cities as LA
have asked where you might obtain the molasses and pepper in the recipe
which I submitted.
You may obtain them at Dean and DeLuca in NYC, 800 221-7714. They have
worked out a deal with Paula Wolfert, the cooking authority who wrote
_The Cooking of the Eastern Meditrannean_, to supply people interested
in the food of that region to acquire a "starter pack from them." I
know it includes ground sumac and pomagranate molasses, but am not sure
if it contains Aleppo pepper. It would not hurt to ask if they carried
it, as well.
