Tantrika et all, Dean & deLucca is pricey on the surface, but given the contribution to flavor--it's a steal!!!!!!! By the way their store in Napa/St. Helena is quite WONDERFUL----or was it the look, taste, and feel after wine tasting for 5 hours at the best like Beaulieu, Greich, Kunde, Mondavi and oh my there are so many and so little time.
