well I see my first two peppers and they are on the Ancho Poblanos... though I see some little ones starting on my super chilis as well. So my question is, how large does and average healthy Ancho get, ie, as Jim pointed out should I take these peppers off to encourage more growth or wait until the peppers themselves are big enough to enjoy? They are between 12-18" tall right now.
