My seed is purchased in November, sowed in late February, and put into
the ground at the end of May or very early June.  My early ripening is
as follows:

Cayennes & Cherry Hots- mid to late July
Jalapeno & New Mexicans- late July to early August
Habaneros- mid to late August

Last year though, for some reason, everything was running about 4 WEEKS
early.  I was having to pick habaneros in early August which REALLY
screwed things up as far as finding labor & scheduling goes.
