Premier Liquors & Gourmet is on Delaware, north of downtown.
They might be calling themselves Prime Liquors and Gourmet now.
They have a fairlty large selection of hot sauces and dried chiles,
also they sometimes have hot snacks like Habanero and Jerk pretzels,
can't remember the brand. Maybe Chile Today. Also one of the best
wine stores in the state.

The Dinosaur BBQ Slather from Syracuse is usually available there.
It's a lighter, tomatoey sauce which can be spiced up nicely.

Tops International Markets are huge and seem to have a better selection of
sauces, chiles etc. than Wegmans. If you want to try some spicy
Indian snacks look for the Canadian Surati Sweet Mart brand of
mixed spiced nuts and pretzel-like things.Tops usually carries them,
they're only medium hot but really tasty.
