[CH] Salsa Verde

Tomatillo (Verde) Salsa

1 lb, about 15, husked, rinsed, and roughly chopped tomatillos
3 serrano chiles, with seeds
3/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
2 Tblsp lime juice
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Puree in food processor, until almost smooth.

This is fantastic with eggs ... or almost anything.
