Seem to remember reading somewhere that airline food tastes bland
because of the altitude, or something like peoples taste buds/perception
of taste getting affected. Most airlines try hard to get around the
problem but many fail.. Think it was in a supplement of the Sydney
Morning Herald early this year??

Maybe they should watch a few episodes of Red Dwarf to get the general
Idea on Space Food as it should be..
