Another thing I'm learning is wine doesn't go good with these foods, I have a hard time turning in my wine glass for a beer stein! Trade in the glass for good Zinfandel.....it's wonderful and earthy-----great w/heat and flavor.....NO I am not referring to that s**t soda pop WHITE zin. Zinfandel IS only grown in California and it is an earthy wonderful RED wine!!! Go for it----great w/heat! Mary-Anne
