You're right, the finishing sauce is great.

I like a bit more heat and prefer the chipotle sauce, but my wife is
absolutely crazy about the finishing sauce.

We are not native to the english language and the other day my wife asked me
to : "pass the VANISHing sauce".
I - of course - corrected her and said : "It is called FINISHing sauce".
She responded : "Well, in this house these bottles vanishes rapidly, so
maybe I wasnt wrong after all".
I - as always - agreed with her.
