	I got tired of being left in the dark while post after post went
	on to rave about Jim's stuff.  In order to remedy that I ordered
	one of each sauce.  When I got the order I immediately sat 
	down for a taste test, sorta contrast and compare.  I was not 
	disappointed by any of the products.  My humble opinion, ranked
	from least to most heat,YMMV:

	Smokin' Chipotle Sauce - Smooth smokey flavor
	Original Finishing Sauce - Ripe jalapeno flavor
	Ralph's Righteous Hab Sauce - Immediate, intense heat
	Fiery Hot Habanero Sauce - Don't let this one fool you
	Backdraft - WOW !!!
