Hello everyone,

I am fairly new at doing peppers and I wish to get input about the varieties
I have
gotten seeds for and which I am potentially going to get.

Can anyone comment on how easy to grow in zone 9 TX Gulf Coast and if
possible the pungency and flavor, and what dishes (chutney, salsa, etc.)
that
these would be most appropriately used in??

Here are the varieties: Thai Sun, Bolivian Rainbow, Pueblo, Giant Serrano,
Wild
Dynamo, Turkish Cayenne, Jamaican, Fatalli, Purrira, Bermuda, Charleston,
Aji Dulce (hot or mild?), Billy Goat, Willing's Barbados, Lemon Drop,
Stripe,
Wild Brazil, Bailey Piquin, Texas, Tarahumara, (Aji) Yuquitania.

That will do to start. I may be asking about more peppers soon. I am going
to
try and sow some of the seeds I already have directly into the garden. I
figure
that with a growing season that extends to December, there is plenty of time
for
them to germinate, grow, possibly bear fruit and ripen (?)
