I've always had a problem with "Proctitus" vs. "Proctitis". Guess 
that's why I never went to medical school.:-)

Meanwhile, an non-chilehead sent me this website and I feel

I doubt that "Hunan Hand" is in many dictionaries either, but it is 
also described somewhere in the medical literature.
