[CH] Great Recipe Site/Mastercook question

Greetings CH'ers,

I found this site this morning:
http://anansi.panix.com:80/clay/cookbook/
There are sections with Salsa, Thai, Mexican, Vietnamese, 
Chili, Peruvian, Moroccan, Cambodian, and Italian recipes.

Now a question...I saved the salsa page as a text file and 
tried to import it into Mastercook but it says there are no 
recipes in the file.  Could someone who is more familiar with 
Mastercook take a look at it and see what might be needed 
(perhaps between recipes or something) so it can be imported?  
I haven't tried doing the other pages yet.
