Can anyone suggest a good
electric or other spice mill for chiles?

Many times on here the Braun coffee mill has been touted.  I got one at 
WalMart and it does a good job as long as peppers are very dry and you 
pulverize long enough.
Better is a mid size food processor with cutting blade - quicker and finer.  
However, a food processor puts more fine particles into the nearby air.  
Others have other favorites, but these two babies get it done for me.
