[CH] Keriting... yum!

Picked the first ripe keriting type pepper yesterday.  They 
look like a corkscrew cayenne.  I didn't know exactly what
to expect so I started of nibbling on the end... ho hum, no
heat whatsoever, very little flavor.  Munched a little farther
up... eh, barely detectable heat, a little more flavor.  Hauled
off and took a serious bite, to include some of the ribs and
seeds... Whoosh!  There's the heat, about the same level as
a cayenne.  Wham!  There's the flavor too, much more 
pronounced than a cayenne, and just a hint of fruit.  Very
enjoyable.  I'm glad they are prolific, and they are the only
ones who chugged through the heat wave/dry spell without
skipping a beat.  Now, if only I could find out their real name...
