[CH] Nu-Mex #6-4

Ok, so I planted a few of these this year along with the Red Savinas (first
fruit this weekend - whoo-hoo!!), super chiles, Jingle Bells, and Habs.  

The Nu-Mex has produced a number of pods, but I have no idea when they are
ready to be picked?  They're huge compared to everything else I have, and
the first ones have seemed to have stopped increasing in size, but I'm not
sure if I need to wait for a color change or not.  Any help?
