John....What a great idea...Midwest Chile-Heads!  We need to spread the word
that not everyone between the Mississippi and Colorado eats bland food!
Those smoked chicken enchiladas were wonderful...I had left-overs for lunch
yesterday and the burn was soooo nice.  I bet you'd have some takers for
that recipe.
