I can vouch for Scott's ability to make a great appetizer out of chunks of The Bread dipped in Jim's Backdraft sauce. This is way beyond my tolerance (I sweat just watching them) but both he and his wife and John Knoll enjoyed it....mouths of asbestos! SandyO CH#1146 of the moderate persuasion but enjoying the show!
