Lest we furget.

Bout everthang we eat has
mold on it or in it.

Mold has even been found in
deep space-no joke!!

What we see is when the mold is at the
reproductive stage. No big deal.

Remember penicillin is a mold.
Scrape it off an chow down.

And as far as losing heat from
the discarded seeds. The seeds
have little if any capsaicin-the
chile's punch-most of the bite is
in the placenta that binds the seed.

So dump the seeds they're good
for little cept growing more chiles.

If you worry about bacteria and
such worry more bout that tonsil
washing smooch you give him/her.

Thank God for one of the most powerful
antibiotics of all - saliva - since science
shows that chiles are not very good antibiotics.
Better yet grab some fresh garlic or sage.
