You could try getting replacements esp. if it was 1/2 the order. At that price I would try. Don't even waste the time trying to plant them. If you do get anything to grow from them, in the field it won't be worth the time and effort. You might get 1 or 2 to grow, if they did grow you might get 1 or 2 pods which may or may not be right.
