I don't get the headache, but I get really tight in the throat and cough my head off whenever I clean habs, or real hot jalapeno peppers. I just put a fan at my back and use a dust mask when I clean out seeds and pulp. If it continues to get worse, I'll have to dig out my asbestos removal respirator. BTW --- harvested 60 pounds of peppers today, in the cooler ready for the store on Monday! Nels in ND
