The 21st Annual Pennsylvania State Chili Cook-off will be held on
Harrisburg PA City Island on Saturday Sept 4. It is an ISC sanctioned event
with over 50 cooks. It is part of the 4 day event called The Kipona
Festival and it is huge. Lot's to do for the whole family. If you want to
sample the chili you should wait til after 2:00, after the judges pick up
the entries.
