This is what the folks at Shepherds say.

Dear Byron,
Thank you for your recent e-mail. The Red Savina Habanero should start out
green and ripen to red but should not be orange. They are an
open-pollinated variety. Sometimes fruit off typing occurs because of
cross
pollination the previous year.
Our seeds are guaranteed, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may
have caused. We'd be happy to replace the seeds, issue a merchandise
credit
or refund. Please contact us and let us know which you'd prefer. Please
also include your order number or name and address so that we can find you
in our computer system. We look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Laurie Wright
