[CH] Re:a 'Rio Grande', and what do Santa Fe's look like?

Fellow Ch.Ds,
If Joe's Rio Grande's start yellow and ripen red, I have yellows that I pick 
by size.  I think they are Santa Fe's but not positive, part of the "extra" 
group that didn't fit into raised beds.  Any comments on Santa Fe final 
color?  They aren't very spicy.
