[CH] Matouk's Calipso Sauce.

I used to eat Matouks at a restaurant in Atlanta and enjoyed it a lot. Don't
know if it was the Calipso sauce or not but it definitely had some heat to
it. I would tend to agree that you would want to refrigerate that one
though.

I like it a lot - good on many things, pork chops, corn chips, pretzels.
I find that it is not a good keeper - needs to be kept in the frig.
