I read it three times....no milk, or any liquid, at all...so, having made impossible pies for yars and yars, I quickly aded the correct amount of milk(dropped with Lactaid, for my lactose intolerance)and it turned out great...subbed Asiago cheese for Swiss, and it made a wonderful pie....course I hadda add a dash of Calvin's and a dash of Jim's smoked hab powder, the stuff he has labeled....10 VERY hot, and the two of them made this pie!!Along with twice as many mushrooms as it called for....served it with a turmeric cauliflower, ya there Deb in Houston? It does work, does it not?
Anyway, it was an intersting meal, a lot of different flavors, all
melding together, and it proved what Chuck said....check the recipe, you
do not know if it was tested or not, or if it was, by whom?Cheers, Doug
