it's amazing that SO MANY must attend to the idiocy of so few.
i almost "unsubscribed" from the CH list a while ago, in order to
stop the steady stream of stupidity (pardon the alliteration) from one
writer, (initials BB).
frankly, i was surprised at how MUCH MORE i enjoyed being a CH lister
once i discovered the simple joys of mail filters.
no more hogwash regarding chewing tobacco ... etc.
my mail client simply IGNORED those postings. they didn't appear in the
"inbox". the posts went directly to the "trash" folder !!
where they belonged.
those CH'ers who use Netscape, and who may be getting weary of one
writer or the other (roystie?) can easily set that mail preference.
