I've not tried it in other than vodka with piquins but
Brandy sounds good to me.  Or you could take a tip from
Outerbridges Sherry Peppers Sauce where they combine sherry,
rum, spices and (I think) Bermuda bird peppers.  Check out
their web page and maybe you'll get more ideas.  I love the
stuff.

Has anyone else used Outerbridges and have good ideas for
it's use?  (I think I asked this once before but didn't get
any replies then so maybe no one else has tried it).
