	I brought 5 different Outerbridges sauces back from a cruise
	to Bermuda, (along with Black Seal rum, as seen in the 
	movie "The Deep"... a most highly reccomended libation), but
	had not tried it when you first asked the question.  

	I have had clam chowder at some fancy-schmancy rest-
	aurants that offer a shot of sherry in, it if you wish, and that
	always tasted good.  I think the Outerbridges hot sauce
	would add a nice little bit of heat.
