Hi folks--
This has been on the list before, but it's so easy and so good that it
bears repeating. It's a no-cook sauce, and seems to keep indefinitely in
the fridge. With peanut butter, makes a most excellent sandwich.

Inner Beauty Hot Sauce
(Chris Schlesinger & John Willoughby, Big Flavors of the Hot Sun)

12-15 habaneros, roughly chopped
1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, mashed
1 cup cheap yellow prepared mustard (Dijon will ruin this, no kidding)
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon each: prepared curry powder, ground cumin, chili (or chile) powder
salt & pepper, to taste

"Mix all the ingredients together and stand back."

**I put it all in a blender--makes it more like the smooth commercial version
**I usually use NM red chile powder for the "chili powder" called for

I've been a lurker for ages--love this list.
