Hi All,

I've made the stuffed Big Jim's last Saturday which was a great success.
Just as an appetizer I used half the amount of the ingredients and a 50 50
mix of ground pork and beef
I ad also a little cayenne (1/4 tsp) pepper for the kick as the Big Jims
doesn't have heat.
Sliced them over de seeded them and filled with the meat mixture.
On top of it I sprinkled a little good olive oil
Put them at 200 deg C for about 30 minutes in the oven.... and done.
Sharen... thanks again.
Two slices for everyone on a small platter with a little olive oil around it
as dressing.

Next time (coming Saturday I've guest again) I'll think go to do something
with cheese....

Hot regards
Rob
